What to Bring: We Provide All Equipment.  Kids must provide their own lunch, water bottles and towel.

All Skills Camp:   Sessions will cover the fundamentals of serving, passing, setting, blocking, and hitting. Campers will also learn proper mechanics of approach, jump, and armswing to prevent injury and maximize movement efficiency. Emphasis will be placed on 'game-like' simulations and use of ball machines/video to maximize repetition and learning opportunities.

Setters Camp:
For players interested in advancing their setting skills beyond the fundamentals, this camp will introduce intermediate and advance setting techniques and strategies. Through video feedback and equipment such as setter’s eyes, campers will learn to set different tempo sets and practice proper movement/eye sequence to develop the necessary vision/awareness required at the next level.

Passing Camp:
Will teach the basic principles of passing both top spin and float, serves.  Passers will learn how to prepare for both situations, as well as how to most efficiently react to each serve.  Campers will be able to utilize resources such as a serving machine which allows for maximum repetition in small amounts of time.
